2. Terms are prepaid unless open account terms have been approved by our credit department.
3. VISA, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

6. Claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
